Uhm, you mean like how to give a line different widths? I either ink the thin lines with a 0.05, and switch to a 0.3 for the thick ones, or simply go over the lines again, and fill the segments I want to thicken.
Your colouring process is wonderful! Also, I love the way you're using the light on this piece. And the buildings are pretty! I find it funny how the style of her face changed after you coloured it. The same thing happens to me when I colour faces, haha
Ahhhh, I think this is the first one I saw that instantly turned me into a fan. It's still absolutely amazing to look at. A league above most of the other artists. I'm glad you, at least, are someone who enjoys drawing and therefore will keep at it \o/
As I said at some point, it's really the only thing I managed to keep doing after all these years, and I've tried quite a few hobbies. I find it really relaxing. And thanks, if it wasn't for the weird perspective of the buildings, I'd love it too. Although this /is/ the first drawing where I was satisfied with how it came out color-wise. Usually, i end up liking my sketches more than the actual drawings cause I make wrong choices in colors and lighting.
Humm... don't notice anything wrong with the buildings myself. I can see how it would be annoying though with that angle. Looks to me as though you pulled it off though oO
I ordered one of Mark Crilley's books now because of you and Blue to try and get myself into drawing *sigh*. I know it's hopeless but I wanna try anyways >.> Sorry in advance if I start bugging you with questions when it arrives xd
